Well, I have been trying to quit smoking for about a year now trying harder in the last 3 months. I thought that if I could get myself smoking less during the day that it would help to stop, but I think I was wrong. I really hate the fact of trying to use something to replace the cigarettes. I would like to try and find a herbal or natural way to quick. I have never tried to quit “cold turkey” as they call it. Maybe that will be my next step. I have read on several sights that there are only certain percentages of people who try to quit cold turkey actually succeed. Maybe I could be one of those certain people? I don’t no because I have never tried. I do no for sure that I want and need to quit smoking, I will be 30 in a month and I would like to get myself a bit healthier than I am now before it’s too late. I guess I need to keep doing more research, there has to be something out there that can help. The one good thing is that I no my close friends and friends at work would be good support if I actually really tried. My goal is to be done smoking by the end of the year. I guess if I want that to happen I better get my a** in gear and pick that quit date
