Well today I have officially been smoke free for 3 months. Yay me. I am very proud of myself. There were a few people that doubted me and said that they didn’t think that I could do. Well guess what? I DID IT
It was pretty hard at the beginning. I still kinda think about it at times. I don’t react on the thought but it sometimes goes through my head. But I just put it aside and think of something else. I have some people in my life to thank for the awesome support they gave me. You no who you are and thanks!!! Anyways, I will report back to you at the 6th month marker. It will just be a post saying that I have completed 6 months

Hey Tracey,
Way to go! You will never regret this milestone decision you have made for your life. I quit 32 yrs ago and I did it with the help of a bet for a dozen Titleist golf balls. Never pick up another one since that time. I know you can do it and you are blessed to have your good friend’s support. Better hold on to those guys. Keep up the good work!

If I could give you some advice it would be;
Never under any circumstances have even 1 cigarette. Not even 1 hit.
That got be every time. Now it’s been 12 years and counting.
Good luck. I hope you make it.

I don’t know you but I sure am proud of you!! Congratulations!!!!
I quit 17 months ago after having smoked for 36 years, was the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
You have to keep telling yourself that you don’t “need” a cigarette anymore, you are now a non-smoker.
Keep going!

Congrats on the three months. I stooped almost two years and, like you, lots of people doubted I would stay stopped. Great to see them have to eat their words and it’s even better that I can now run after my daughter without bursting a lung.
March 12th, 2009 at 9:03 am
Thanks Jon. Yeah the people who doubted me are biting their tongues now. I hear ya about busting the lung, I started doing aqua fit and it’s a good thing that I quit smoking first!!!

CONGRATS!
I had to use the E-Cigarette to quit. I’m now smoke free but still getting the nicotine.
